Indoor Chapel or Multipurpose Room
& Outdoor Chapel
Our Indoor & Outdoor Chapels are ideal for large and more formal gatherings. The entrance takes you through the outdoor chapel, where newly renovated restrooms are located. The Chapel can seat 200 people theater style. Together, the Indoor & Outdoor Chapels are a perfect mountain retreat for a wedding and reception.
The Dining Hall
Features wood burning fireplace & commercial kitchen
Our Dining Hall is perfect for large gatherings! It has a stage, wood-burning fireplace, a covered porch with picnic tables, brand new bathrooms and a huge commercial kitchen. It can seat up to 200 people.
Volleyball, Basketball, Pickle ball and so much more!
The gymnasium is the largest building on campus. It has 6 basketball goals, volleyball court, gaga ball pit, 9 square in the air, pickle ball, archery tag, 2 ping pong tables, air hockey, foosball, 2 carpetball tables, and many other activities as well. It is the perfect location for birthday parties, game tournaments, and many other indoor recreation events. There are enough tables and chairs to seat over 150 people. It also has bathrooms and 2 shower stalls. It costs $400.00 per day. Archery tag is included in rental but there is an additional $10 per person equipment charge as well as $100.00 refundable equipment deposit
The Ranch House
Complete with full Kitchen & Guest Rooms
Our Ranch House meeting room can seat up to 75 people theater style, has a full kitchen, and a cozy living room with couches and tables. For your overnight events, the Ranch house also features guest rooms with individually themed, cozy bedroom accommodations for your attendees.
Community Campfires, Baseball & more!
There is no better place than the great outdoors to gather for some fresh mountain air and camaraderie. Our outdoor spaces include camp fire pits, a newly installed playground, and baseball field. Not to mention, all of the hiking that your heart desires.
THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN PLANNING YOUR EVENT:
While all of the technology and hardware that you see in the virtual tours above are included with your reservation, there is only minimal AV technical assistance available on staff, we advise that you provide your own AV specialist for music and sound. Chapel lighting consists of clear overhead lights. Please discuss your needs with the Camp Manager ahead of booking.
Food service is available with prior arrangements.
Groups less than 50 requires notice 3 business days prior to day of arrival.
Groups of more than 50 requires notice 7 business days prior to day of arrival.
