In order to be able to come as a sponsor or volunteer for the 2026 camp season you must apply here. You are required to pass a background check and complete a Ministry Safe training BEFORE arriving at the camp. Applications CLOSE Feb 1st.

About the event
In order to be able to come as a sponsor or volunteer for Midwinter, you must apply here. You are required to pass a background check and complete a Ministry-Safe training BEFORE arriving at the camp. The deadline to apply is Feb 1st. If you already completed the training and background check last year, you do NOT have to complete them again, but you still have to fill out this application, updating any changes.
If you do not apply here and complete all the requirements, you will be asked to leave and will not be able to be with any of our campers.
When applying here, you agree to help with any and all activities that the camp dean and/or camp staff ask you to do. If you do not comply, you will be asked to leave.
